The Arnold Fitness Games 2024 - Everything you need to know!
What is the Arnold Fitness Games 2024?
The Arnold's are one of the biggest Crossfit licensed events in the UK. Testing strength, fitness & gymnastic skills.
The competition is hosted by Graft Events who have teamed up with the Arnold Sports Festival UK to bring you the ultimate Crossfit event!
The competition will take place in the AFG Arena at the NEC in Birmingham, across all three days of the festival, where athletes will compete to become the ‘Arnold Fitness Games’ Champion!
When is the Arnold Fitness Games?
All athletes will enter the competition through online qualifiers, the top scoring field from the qualifiers will then be given a place at the live finals in March.
Qualifiers will take place across 3 weeks, with athletes having to complete 1 workout per week. Athletes will video themselves completing the workout and submit this video recording alongside their score to Competition Corner.
The Arnold Fitness Games 2024 will take place on the 15th, 16th & 17th March.
What categories are at the Arnold Fitness Games?
Individual categories: Scaled | Scaled Masters | Middle Ground | Middle Ground Masters | Rx Masters | Rx | Elite
Team categories: Fitness 4s | Throwdown 4s | Compete 4s
Open age Elite and Rx individuals, and Compete teams of four, will be competing for a cash prize pool.
To get prepared for the competition we would recommend athletes have some WOD FUEL & Electrolytes for the competition weekend. Both will play a crucial part when it comes to replenishing lost nutrients and minerals between workouts.
Athletes often take out WOD FUEL sachets to competitions as they are very handy to rip, tip and drink in between WOD's.
